Struggling with Depression: Seeking Advice

I have been so depressed lately I don’t care if anything gets done. No motivation at all. I sleep so much & eat more then I should. Have been under a lot of stress lately. Should I tell my doctor?? Not sure what to do??

Please speak with your doctor. You are definitely heading in the right path by telling a medical professional. Let us know how things went. ❤️

Absolutely tell your doctor. This can be a serious problem if it takes over your life and too much negative stress can kill you.

If you are able to tell the Dr. It will help greatly, I couldn't so I brought my husband and he was able to tell them and I got the medication I needed.

I truly feel for you as I’m in the insurance gap. Not well enough to work income not low enough (so they say) to get Medicaid and not old enough for Medicare. I’m so thank you will be getting help soon. Don’t delay. Advocate for yourself. Let them know you need help now ❤️

I’m late! Hope you spoke to a doctor. I’m on a very similar situation and have basically given up on life. But I remember the good things like my husband and niece and I have to get better for them. Make a schedule, go take a walk as soon as you feel any symptoms. Do some thing you enjoy, dance to music. It’s work but you are strong to handle this!
