Heat and Advil are what get me through every time

If you can't get in earlier, try Tylenol and an NSAID together. I personally take 1000mg of Acetaminophen and 2 or 3 350mg tabs of Aspirin every 6 hours. But make sure to always take any NSAID with a full meal. I will also lay with a heating pad in the small of my back or stand in a shower with the water on my lower back as hot as I can tolerate it. Try to see if you can get in earlier! Especially if pain isn’t letting up. I hate going in because they can never do anything for me. Heating pad always a lifesaver!
