Need help with PCOS pain relief

I'm currently in pain due to PCOS. Anyone have any ideas on how I could relieve the pain? Tylenol doesn't work for me anymore.

Chronic Generalized pain

Naproxen

Nausea and Vomiting

Naproxen (Aleve) and a heating pad are the only things that give me an ounce of relief :(

I used a heating pad, but I had to be put on birth control. I'm still bleeding nonstop, but the Nuva Ring at least helps with the pain. I also have found that ginger tea helps with the nausea the cramping causes
