Struggling with Back Pain: Seeking Recommendations

So how much ibuprofen and tylenol is in each dose? I have recently discovered tylenol arthritis - which has 650 mg per pill, 2 pills per dose, every 8 hrs. Regular and extra strength tylenol doesn't seem to help much but this stuff does. I also take 3 norco/day. I take a gabapentin before bed. Most days that is enough, on flare days, its not even close. I have a myofacial pain ball/peanut thing that I lay on that I hate but it ALWAYS helps. I lay on a yoga mat, lay on the ball thing and go level by level up my back - 2 min per level. When I am done, the pain is WAY better but it takes, well, 2 minutes per vertebrae. Kind of time consuming. I'm still trying to accept being this high maintenance. I am more of a roll out of bed and go kind of person.
