How to Seek Help from a Counselor or Therapist

I'm going to assume you meant who else I use to see a counselor but after I stopped going to him I haven't been able to trust any others I didn't even trust my own counselor to begin with anyway until I made him promise to keep what I tell him to himself and that's what he did (the main reason for this promise was because my parents yelled at me for feel emotions so I couldn't let them know I was serious depressed)
