Need Help with Sciatica Pain Relief

Hello! How does sciatica pain feel? Like where do you feel it…? I been dealing with back pain for so long now and I’m tired of it too I usually wear a brace for my lower back, I had an injury at the gym. I’ve tried therapy too but it always flares up and I end up feeling in my groin and lower left, sometimes on my flute area
