I have had chronic pain related to scoliosis since I was at least 15. In terms of pain relief and long term relief I have had the most success with physical therapy and Pilates. Does any one have any advice regarding the Schroth method and how to incorporate it into at home workouts? I live very far from any major cities so I have been unable to find a PT who is trained in the method and it is very gatekept by those trained. Any advice regarding Schroth/experiences with it is much appreciated!
