Unfortunately, I haven't found a good way other than surgery. I tried strong painkillers, and injections to the area of all kinds of numbing agents, but in the end, the only איומע that helped my pain was surgery. I guess it varies from person to person but have you been to a spine orthopedist?

  @Isaibiza I have, my scoliosis isn’t bad enough for surgery but it still hurts from time to time and no pain killers help. I’ve been doing schroth but I don’t see a difference
