Scared to Tell My Partner About My BPD

I was afraid to tell my husband when we started dating too, but when I told him, it didn't matter to him at all. I realized that he already liked who I was, no matter what I call it. BPD doesn't define you, but it IS part of who you are; you are a valuable and loveable person. If your significant other doesn't understand, or want to understand the deepest parts of you, that just means you have an amazing opportunity to find someone who does! Hope this helps! 🤍
