I have a pretty intense scalp picking issue that’s gone on for several years. (With all my mental health diagnoses, it’s not shocking) There are always open sores present—it’s harder to do when I have artificial nails, but I just end up keeping at it longer. 😒 but what really bothers me is that I don’t feel the picking is “complete” until I eat it.
