I want to try and run 3 miles a day. I always feel super unhealthy, and I’m tired of just laying around! Plus I sit down while working all day because I’m a seamstress, so I feel like running could help with my sciatica and blood circulation. Can y’all give me some words of encouragement? I want to stay motivated! Maybe I’ll print some out to help me stay focused. ^^

My goal is to run one mile in the morning, and then two in the afternoon once I’m done working. I work from home, so I can finish and then get straight to running. I feel like it’s an achievable goal! I used to run a lot a few years ago, so I’d like to get back into it.
