@RachieNicks Oh its pretty rough. Let's just say I stay in bed most the day, because my family doesn't own any real chairs for us to sit in and they'll have a fit if I even think about walking down the street by myself in our town

I wanna do exercise and eat better but I struggle with motivation, I feel like I need a cheerleader to cheer me on.. If I'm left with my own thoughts i talk myself out of things and it becomes a war in my head. I'm gona try harder in the new year see if I can change my thoughts around.
Me too! I have a hip tear so I need to strengthen it. I've been avoiding exercise because of it so I think it's gotten weaker. Hope to feel better too!
I plan on hitting the gym and trying to build a little muscle this year!

I wanna exercise also, cause I don't move around nearly as much as an average person should. It has absolutely nothing to do with weight (but perhaps wanting to get stronger), I just know I'm not active enough and it's making my body deteriorate, which scares me so badly cause I'm only 20. I wish I lived in a comfortable space with privacy and had access to a gym/track so I could properly work out.😢

I've actually made it my new years resolution to "get healthy". I don't know exactly what that looks like yet
