I'm always trying to improve myself, mentally and physically just overall. I want to try to get a gym membership to help more with my physical health I've done physical therapy to help with pain management. I love to draw and create and journal, love nature. when I surround myself around nature it helps me relax, and be calm and at peace. I want to try to get into yoga as well.

      I just got myself a gym membership and I’m finding that 2-3 days a week is a really good start for me. Try to listen really carefully to your pain and don’t overdo it.
