Are you on any psych meds? They can cause involuntary muscle movements (tremors, twitches, tics, etc), it's called tardive dyskinesia or other things called dystonic reactions. Or it could be low potassium. Could be a lot of things.. If you are taking psych meds, i’d talk to your psychiatrist about it because if it is TD, it's important to catch it early!
