I also quit 30 years ago and it was the BEST thing I ever did for myself! Do not give into the urges!!! 2 weeks and you’ll find it a whole lot easier. I beg you don’t give in!!!

  @Stelladru I quit 30 years ago using the patch. Hang in there, you’ll never regret having quit but if you give in to the urges you’ll always regret that! Prayers, it took me two weeks to know I would never go back!
