I'm trying to quit smoking, any advice?

      The easiest for me was switching to vape that containing nicotine. I didn't smoke for 3 years after 6 months of vape. I know, I know...I lost the will not to smoke when a bunch of stress happened. I'm having a difficult time not wanting to smoke right now. But I'm sure in time I'll be able to quit again.

      Try to limit yourself every day. Quitting is extremely difficult, so I wouldn’t stop it completely at that moment. Based on how many cigarettes you smoke a day, subtract one from your daily routine every day. This worked for my parents. This is bc if you stop it completely, your body wants it really badly. But if you slowly limit yourself everyday your body will get used to it.
