I'm trying to quit as well. I've read sipping ice cold water can help with cravings as well as using a cinnamon stick kind of like a cigarette.

I recently purchased a kumoso breathing necklace to help…I’m not sure it is doing the trick

Eek! I also have a stent and I know my health would improve if I can simply quit smoking. I seriously need to at least try. We both do!

I’m looking at different ways to help me quit online but I’m not sure if just going cold turkey is the best way 👍

Thank you for responding back ❤️ I had a stent placed in 06/21 and I was 47 at the time but I know smoking is the final step!! I just got out of the hospital yesterday after my BP was 200/150 and I thought I was having another heart attack 😥

I also need help. Smoking is my only bad addiction. I don’t drink or do any sort of recreational drug. I used to drink socially but I quit because I began to drink alone. Smoking is a pleasure for me. I smoke on average at least five cigarettes a day. I NEED to quit. I have tried the patches, gum and antidepressants. I may resort to hypnosis or acupuncture therapy but I don’t know where to go for that. I am here for support!
