Struggling to Find a Diagnosis for My Hallucinations and Delusions

ive been trying to figure out a diagnosis tied to my hallucinations and delusions for over a year now. i have a feeling that my last psychiatrist didnt take my psychosis seriously so i dont know if my diagnosis is correct. i was diagnosed with bpd, but i dont have a lot of the major symptoms that are tied to it. i’m thinking that i might have schizoaffective disorder, depressive type, but im not sure. i guess posting here is my call for help. if you’re diagnosed what did your psych look for? im seeing my psychiatrist again next week so anything helps! :)
