I have been diagnosed with multiple things in the past and the most recent one is Schizoaffective disorder. I don't know how to react to this diagnosis and I dont take any medication for my disorders because everything I've tried doesn't work (anti depressants, anti anxiety, anti psychotic). I don't do therapy because it's really expensive. I feel like I'm constantly angry and I'm ruining my relationships and idk what to do, any advice?

One person shared their experience with managing schizoaffective disorder by letting people around them know when they're in a depressive state and focusing on self-care, sleep, hobbies, and going on walks. They also mentioned that writing can help calm racing thoughts. It's important to remember that everyone's experience is different, and finding what works for you may take time and experimentation.
