      Me too! I'm going to a therapist this week, but my wife is emotionally abusive, and fits the criteria for narcissist. I have 2 kids, and she treats them ok, but I have to keep her in check. She was seeing a psychatrist, but stoped, and went off her meds. She won't see anyone, and refuses marriage counseling. A support group would be great.

      I had a ton of trauma from psychological abuse with my ex. I turned to a therapist that specializes is trauma and relationship issues. It has completely changed my life and help me heal and love myself again. Also books that I have read are extremely eye opening… “Attatched”, “the body keeps the score”, “life after narcissist abuse”

        @Cat_Mom I just bought the body keeps the score I'm so excited it should be here tomorrow! thank you for sharing because I have been wanting to get more like this to read. I'm trying to keep the relationship alive, but I think he struggles with his own traumas and projects onto me, so I'm trying to get us both more informed so he can understand how we can fix things.

        @MooieModer I'm looking for trauma and abuse books to help a bit, not sure if that's something you might be into. Also a lot of good creators on tik tok that talk about it. Kinda helps make you feel validated
