The Power of Self Love: Decreasing Anxiety and Depression Symptoms

I learned today that if you practice self love/care on a daily basis, say like for 10-15 minutes a day, that your anxiety/depression or other mental health problems may show a decrease in symptoms... Self love/care is as simple as doing mediation, looking in a mirror & saying positive affirmations out loud, doing a favorite hobby, etc... Just a thought for the day...

I like to color using apps on my phone. Some of the pictures are so pretty and some are just plain cute. It's very relaxing and I can do it since I struggle to hold a crayon or pencil for any length of time
