I just had a baby and gained a ton of weight. this is my first kid and eating snacks is how I deal with my stress. what other stress relievers should I use? cuz I hate this weight gain

      I've found that alone time is essential. I take baths when baby is sleeping. Or drawing, writing in a journal, and even coloring help. Those are all great coping skills. A short walk out in the sun is amazing for your health too. It releases serotonin and lifts your mood. (Learned this from a mental health professional.) You can even take baby on the walk with you! Just suggestions.
