Possible Health Issues: High Iron Content, Twitching Muscles, and More

I am not sure if I've had the covid what but I took a blood test and my iron content is really high my legs twitch my muscles in my legs twitch I am not sure if it is my prostate or if it's a combination of problems it feels like Diabetes Type 2 I am always thirsty throughout my sleep and after I eat and then I get fatigued after I eat and go to sleep sometimes I feel like I'm not going to wake up. I get real emotional and full of anxiety once a week at least and then I get depression where I want to sleep out of nowhere. I am aging really fast and I don't know what it is it feels like my bladder hurts when I wake up and my kidneys and I am really stiff and achy I feel it sometimes in my tailbone and in my kidneys like they ache and then I have to go to the bathroom a lot but it just doesn't come out normally sometimes it just dribbled out once in awhile it's not always the same but I'm always thirsty and I don't sleep well due to all of these problems but it's getting better sometimes
