The past few months, my energy and motivation have been severely low. These past 2 weeks, it has been at its worst. I am in constant fatigue and fall asleep frequently during the day, I am constantly thirsty, and my appetite is either excessive or non existant with a constant feeling of nausea and dizziness My anxiety has been very high, and I'm having more frequent anxiety attacks and sweating a lot despite having the heating off for days. I just wonder if anyone has had a similar experience and got help? My doctor did 5 blood tests for liver, kidney, diabetes, blood count, and thyroid, but all were clear. I guess it could be my anxiety itself, but these symptoms are more or less identical to though i had with my thyroid cancer (I had a total thyroidectomy and was clear). I am currently on a waiting list to scan some lumps i found in my neck, so I am also worried it may be the effect of them. Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

I wonder if you should have a sleep study done. Getting treated for my sleep apnea helped my fatigue a lot. All my vitamins, thyroid, etc came back clear so sleep study was my next step. They have at home ones available from most sleep clinics which is much nicer than having to sleep in hospital

I'd check for different types of anemia, and maybe talk to a hormone specialist.

I was constantly fatigued and found out I was very low in vitamin D, iron and B12. Started strong vitamin D and my energy pick up was amazing.

@KDG Thank you! I'm in for an appointment now with a different doctor and she is looking into my Vit B12, folic acid and iron levels. Hopefully it comes back with something i can work on. Have started taking my multivitamin in the morning again to hopefully boost me.

I used to be super fatigued all the time and fall asleep during the day too. I found out that I’m B12 deficient which is the vitamin in our body that gives us energy. I started getting over the counter vitamin b12 and it seems to help. Maybe try that.

@ItsSam . Thanks for the advice! I used to take a multivitamin supplement (containing B12) Zinc and omega complex every morning and fell out of the habit. I will definitely give it a go and try to get back into my routine of taking it.
@ItsSam to build on that I have b12 issues aswell and I am the worst at taking supplements but depending where you are soy milk/alternative milks have b12 in them so changing your coffee or cereal milk may help get that in if you struggle with regular supplements!
@stinky238 I love soy milk 🤣. So that would be a winner for me especially with the amount of hot drinks i go through. I might switch out the protein and skimmed milk i use for an alternative. Thank you! 💜

One user mentioned experiencing similar symptoms and found out they had hyperthyroidism. Another user suggested checking vitamin D levels, as low levels can make symptoms worse. It's important to discuss your concerns with your doctor and consider seeking a second opinion if necessary.
