Possible Depression Looming

I can't decide just yet if I'm about to go into a depression. I just came out of one a few weeks ago and been doing great. but today I feel kind of off. sort of tired and blah...which usually is an indicator that depression is right around the corner. 😕 I really hope not tho. but with having been sick and still recovering since last Thursday...I am wondering if that has played a part in it as well. just not feeling too great all around from being sick. I guess I'll know by tomorrow if I'm depressed or not 🤷🏽‍♀️ I really hope not because I just got going at a new job and things are good and I'm making progress in my life moving forward in the right direction. and I don't want to get super down and possibly feeling suicidal again. 😟
