Mixed Feelings During Depression Episode

I feel like I’ve been this way for a long time. I appreciate the life I have and know that it’s a lot better than the hand a lot of people have been dealt. Buuuut at the same time it’s hard to balance that feeling and actually confronting many things that hover over like a dark cloud.
