what can cause tachycardia, chest pain and/ chest feeling weird, trouble breathing and/or feeling weird to breathe, lightheadedness, being shaky, nausea, and feeing faint? (context 2 days ago I started having these symptoms in the afternoon. The next day I was still having them (the tachycardia wasn't as bad though), so I went to the doctor. she gave me propranolol, which help yesterday for the most part. Today my heart rate has been much lower today [80s-110s mainly instead of 110s-150s] but I have still had all the other symptoms [some of them aren't as bad though])

The symptoms described such as tachycardia, chest pain, trouble breathing, lightheadedness, shakiness, nausea, and feeling faint could be related to a number of conditions including heart conditions like heart failure or arrhythmias. Anxiety can also cause similar symptoms. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis. Propranolol is often prescribed to help manage symptoms of tachycardia.
