Managing PMDD Symptoms with ADHD: Seeking Advice

I wish there was more info on PMDD. I have severe depression and with adhd and autism its already elevated. I have had slight success so far managing the depression and anxiety by tracking my cycle (28 days) Then from my period start counting forward 14 days and increasing my depression and anxiety meds for 14 then stopping. With PMDD, you also are at risk for elevated side effects with medication, and medications don't take long to work. For example, with antidepressants they tell you 1-2 weeks you'll see a result, but with PMDD, it takes days.
