Have you had an MRI to check if the seizures are caused by anything in particular?

Some suggestions from various individuals include avoiding screens, not exerting oneself, and drinking coffee when the headache is bad. Others have found relief by going into a dark room, using earbuds to drown out noise, or listening to soft noises or meditation podcasts. Over-the-counter medication can be used at the advisory of a GP, but it's important not to take too much as it can harm the stomach. Seeing a neurologist for medication has also been suggested. Some people have found relief with prescription medications like Imitrex or Rizatriptan. Other methods mentioned include using an ice hat, getting Botox injections every 3 months, monitoring caffeine and tyramine intake, and even getting a daith piercing. However, these are all individual experiences and it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
