Living with Chronic Daily Headaches: What Works Best?

I have (and have for years) chronic daily headaches. Can anyone relate and if so, what have you found that works best to help with these? I'm starting to get a little desperate. 😞

Do you drink caffeine? Are you monitoring your tyramine intake? Lots of factors can push you over your threshold

I have chronic migraines and headaches due to fibromyalgia and the migraine gene. I get botox injections every 3 months for the chronic migraines. They have me on Ubrelvy it targets the migraine gene, Meclizine for the dizziness and vertigo, promethazine for the nausea. It all helps but every since having covid a few times in the past it has made them significantly worse.

Hi, I suggest going to a neurologist for an examination so that you can understand what you have. Headaches can be a constant nightmare and it took me several years to get a diagnosis. Today with medication I feel like a completely new person.
