Persistent Cold and Blood in Mucus

Definitely i barely get bloodily noses but since I am doing such an active job now I am noticing dry boogs and issues with my sinuses lately

I have had green and bloody mucus every day after having a sinus infection about 8 months ago and I am finally going to see an ENT so I can let you know if I get some answers on this. Typically after a cold the mucus can linger or have drainage. Sinus infections usually last longer or can develop during a cold or illness. So this seems pretty normal to me. Could it also be dry where you are? I experience more bloody noses in dry conditions
