I am 42, been suffering with debilitating anxiety and depression for the past two years. Just became horrible out of no where. I also have night sweats. My dr doesn’t think it’s Perimenopause. I really feel like it could be. How do I get her to follow through with me? Also what things have helped you with perimenopause? I am willing to take supplements.

Some people have found relief from perimenopause symptoms by using soy products, plant estrogens, and magnesium supplements. It's important to discuss your concerns with your doctor and ask for further evaluation or tests to determine if your symptoms are related to perimenopause. You can also consider seeking a second opinion from another healthcare professional.
