I had gallbladder attacks for 15 months. Even after removal I still have the pains, IBS developed after surgery. What helps me a lot is having a great distraction and being allowed to cry qnd scream if I need to. For example, my boyfriend and parents will talk me down out of a pain triggered anxiety attack. My man will rub my back, give me words of encouragement (telling me "you got this, you can do it"), he'll help me with the pain relief patches or creams/topical products.

I am going thru the fake thing and the night sweats are the worst. I found that elderberry seems to relieve it a bit and also adding magnesium at night helps to.
