whenever your significant other texts their ex, how would you handle that knowing your anxiety feels like you're going to have a heart attack... I've told them I'd rather they didn't text them and they still do. I feel disrespected...

      It is disrespectful and if it's an ex what reason do they still have to talk. I would be a wreck personally.

      I had an ex that did this in my previous relationship, I would bring it up in conversation and he wouldn't stop. I ended up ending the relationship due to disrespect. If they don't want you to talk to your exes, it should be suitable that they don't talk to theirs. There's no reason to do so

        @brittadactyl Maybe try to explain it from your perspective- say that you were talking to your ex and see how they respond. Didn't work well for me, even though I never did it lol
