      I can understand those feelings for sure! It is hard to put them into words. I have abandonment issues from childhood and Iā€™ve noticed that I can feel that people donā€™t like me or want to spend time but when I ask if that is how they feel they have a much different opinion.

      Yes, at times, I still can have an anxiety around this, but a couple years back I would have a panic attacks for this too. What are you experiencing when you donā€™t receive a text back and how does your partner respond when you share how it can affect you?

        @JXARabbit they say sorry, and that they don't mean to leave me on delivered that long they just get really interested in what they're doing. But what I experience when it happens I like, I get scared they're with someone else that they like better, or like sometimes I'm just worried about them a little too much cause they do really risky things. I don't really know how to explain it cause it's different for me everytime
