i think something is wrong. Time has been going by so fast. i’ve been incredibly paranoid since around 2 days ago and yesterday i kept hearing ppl yelling my name while i was at work. i couldn’t look at my reflection in the mirror while i brushed my teeth bc it rly freaked me out and i was scared i was gonna look at myself and see or hallucinate something really horrible. i kept thinking ppl at work were laughing at me, talking ab me and like planning against me. like they’re gonna pull out a gun once they pull up to the window and shoot me or they’re gonna follow me home after work. I had a lot of other weird thoughts that made no sense but my thoughts are so loud and like racing in my head.

Sounds like mania + psychosis….. talk to your psych ASAP bc it may not go away without meds…. Or worse you could crash and have a hyper depressive episode maybe with psychosis and that can be deadly…. If you need more advice or just someone to talk to please please please message me. Wishing you the best 💜💜💜
