Who has ever been so paranoid to the point where they will stay up as long as they can or until their eyes burns so bad where they have to close them even if it’s only for a short time?? I hate it so much it’s scary

      @ashiana I’m sorry it’s like that it’s rough you can’t trust any one I’m paranoid about being home alone at night even going out side sometimes I just stay in and not go anywhere there has been times I didn’t even check the mail always seems someone is watching me

      I had that when I was younger, I had a lot of family turmoil and was also hallucinating when I did fall "asleep", and taking a magnesium supplement helped me a lot!

      My paranoia is more i wont let people in my house or even really make friends cause i think everyone is just judging me and going to turn there back on me, what are you paranoid about
