3 weeks ago I took leave of work because my panic and anxiety attacks have just been constant and physically and emotionally draining. I started therapy two weeks ago and my therapist tried to give me a worksheet to point out how I feel during an attack and figure out my triggers…looking at the symptoms on the list freaked me out and I had an attack, we stopped the worksheet and talked the rest of the appointment but the next time I went in she pulled out the worksheet again and the feeling all came back and I had an attack. Then again in my car. Is this how therapy is?? Im scared to even go back.. I want to quit. What should I do?

Personally, I would give it a couple of more sessions before quitting. Sometimes therapy can make a feel “worse” before we get better, especially when addressing something like anxiety. Be sure to bring your feelings and panic attacks up with your therapist. Are you on any anti-anxiety meds? If not, have you considered taking any? Medicine in conjunction with therapy can help a lot.

@Disconnectandupload yes I have been on Zoloft for two weeks now, I got moved up to 50ml two days ago. I have to wait until the medication is stable or whatever again because I got my birth control Depo shot and it completely threw me off
