my panic attacks started about a year ago, or atleast what i know of (i have grown up around very minimizing people). anyway, they were getting really bad a few months ago, like several every single day and was affecting how much i wanted to leave my house, let alone my room just because i’d be so scared that it would happen again but would be worse. they went away for a few weeks but now they’re back, even stronger in a sense where my vision will get spotty, and i just feel like hell for an hour. i’m on zoloft but it hasn’t been helping with them. none of my old remedies work anymore and i’m starting to consider maybe getting on a use-when-needed medication for them. but i wanted to see if anyone had any tips beforehand.

The same thing happens to me. They will go away for a few weeks, and then hit me even harder when they come back. I just started zoloft, so I don't really have any advice. Just wanted you to know you aren't alone ❤️
