I'm so overwhelmed!! I need to vent. .. im going through so much with my landlord ho wants me out, but I have a multi year lease, I was without heat for almost 2 weeks in negative weather. they claimed they couldn't get noone to come fix it... its one thing after the next with them.. I just want peace but greedy slum lord trust fund babies all rhey want is money! then work is going to be the death of me.. im working EVERT DAY as "no one can cover" ie they couldn't hire someone and told me i have to cover. I've been here 6 years and I came to find out the new hire is getting one buck less then me. has zero experience all around and is male. I called him out and I just get kicked down. countless accusation are always being thrown against me nd all are false, but he believes every one of them. I'm so so low right now. it feels like whatever I do I cannot get a break and and I'm really really struggling now. I can go on but its a lot to type. :/

First off you need to contact legal aid and fair housing. FYI if you have the stuff in writing where you've asked about fixing things and legally they have to give you an eviction notice and if they don't you can stay there and then you will have to go through the courts to give you an eviction notice and as long as you have proof of communication with this person the judge almost 90% of the time will side with you. I know a lot about Fair Housing Act and all this other stuff and how it's supposed to be. If the landlord refuses to fix anything you always put it in escrow and the reason being is because if you put it in escrow and you put down why you're putting it in escrow and saying that you've contacted them and they said in the third it shows that you're taking adequate steps to get things fixed. I hope this helps

@rachelheflin1984 I have. When my attorney contacted them they got right on it. But under my report clause, they claimed they made the effort and since no one was available, thet still are in the right. I know all about the eviction stuff as this has been going on for a year. It's so much crap. I have done nothing wrong, housing market has just skyrocketed and he can easily get a grand more a month so he wants me out to get it. It's so frustrating and I have talked to legal aid and no one can help me until I get served an eviction. So so much crap!!
