Overcoming Fear: Seeking Help for Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I understand this. Wholeheartedly. I just recieved my worst fear come true. A diagnosis of an incurable illness. I had back to back panic attacks for days and im still terrified to move. I have no motivation to get out of bed. Im scared to go outside. Do you have anything like..klonipin or Xanax to take when you feel like you are about to have one? That's the only thing getting me through right now..sorry I'm not much help. I'm still in a dark place too. My diagnosis was only 6 days ago..I am not coping well either. I'm here if you wanna be an absolute mess together.
