I have a diagnosis of ocd but I’ve never spoken with a professional about it. I want help but I’m scared to talk about the obsessions and fears I have because I don’t want to be annoying or weird. Has anyone spoken to an ocd specialist and had a beneficial experience? I have harm ocd, homosexual ocd, and much more that tied into my ptsd and body issues!
