How to Keep Going When You Have No Motivation?

For so long, I always told myself I would do better after every binge, but I always end up binging. Finding motivation is tough, especially when your ED is always bringing you down. The only way I motivate myself is to tell myself that if I continue this unhealthy pattern, it's gonna affect me in the long run.

Honestly I just lay in bed and home that my responsibilities will go away.
