I hate how most my pain and anxiety and migraines happen at night. Then I wakeup with all my issues and it takes hours to feel better after I wake up. anyone else feel this way? How do you deal with it? It cuts off half my dY and I hardly get anything done.

      I also have this problem , it’s very hard to fall asleep , and I’m pissed once I have to wake up. Truly only complete darkness helps me , it’s harder for me to fight my tiredness.
