how am I supposed to get any sleep when it's the last thing I would ever want to do is go to sleep if I just woke up from nightmares and went back to sleep and nightmare woke me again then I just can't get any more sleep after that. but I can't just be tired all the time every day it seems just impossible to get any sleep after waking up from nightmares
