Exercise is the most important thing to me. I had been to so many doctors who told me I would never be able to exercise upright again and never be the same. I finally went to a doctor and he told me to walk. Just walk. Start slow and short and build up. I even had someone walk with me in the beginning and had to take breaks. I started barely being able to stand up, as my HR jumped to over 200. I’m now walking 3-4 miles at a time and I feel 90% back to myself. My HR is never that high anymore, and I am off all medicines. I have to be consistent with activity because if I stop for awhile my symptoms come back. Keep trying and don’t give up! You can feel normal again! Good luck!

Electrolytes! Learn your triggers and try to be proactive. Advocate for yourself with doctors. Be firm but “nice” so they will be more inclined to help you.

Sorry that it’s been so frustrating, I definitely understand! I just had my tilt table test in January. Feel free to message me if you want to chat more about it. Hope you get to rest and find answers!
