Struggling with Negative Thoughts

I completely understand. Please don't think about ever harming yourself. You still have potential, even if you haven't seen it yet. There is so much left for you. You can achieve any dream you want with enough effort. Keep going. if you ever need to talk, I'm here for you. Just keep trying and do whatever you can do for yourself at the moment. Drink water, take a shower, brush your hair or teeth, eat something healthy. Even the smallest things like changing your shirt should be celebrated when you have severe depression. Don't force yourself to do things you don't want to. Don't force yourself to live in a bad environment. You deserve so much more.
