Struggling with Depression: Fighting Against Negative Thoughts

my depression has come back full force. I hate it. it keeps telling me I am worth less, a loser, that I would be better off dead. I keep fighting I don't know how.

Really relatable. Keep hanging on. At some point you get your brain to recognize that you're experiencing distorted thinking and that's not reality. It's not your fault. And hopefully your depression lets up and gets better ASAP.

You are not alone! We are here for you. It's such a big thing that you could write your thoughts here, it means you are fighting and coping and it shows how strong you are! Please continue to share your feelings- here, with friend or family and also maybe consider going to therapy. I go and it helps me a lot. Everything is temporary, there will be better days.

You’re doing good by coming here. I’m proud of you for making it this far. I too struggle with depression, and it has really taken a hold of me lately. Please, when you feel hopeless, reach out to someone who you are close to, like a friend or family member. I would love to talk with you if you ever need to talk. You are not alone in this. You are a meaningful person to all the people around you.

Don't fight it, let it pass those thoughts are temporary and don't listen to the lies, it will pass then in the morning call your Doctor. If it's too overwhelming, please do reach out to someone close to you, hotline or go to the ER, they'll help you. You are Not Worthless. You are Not Alone.
