Navigating Dissociative Identity Disorder: Seeking Tips and Encouragement

newly realized system here. tips, words of encouragement, or just would love to talk to someone who gets it really. none of my irl friends have any clue how to navigate this disorder and tbf neither do i lol. it’s been lonely and confusing.

Feel free to DM me if you want, as I'm always looking to make new friends 👍 as for advice and tips, I'd recommend checking out the YouTube channel Multiplicity & Me, they have some really good videos on it. As well as just doing your best to keep everybody in the system connected and communicating. Designating a journal for it, keeping a calendar, or just writing in a notes app to one another can help immensely. And then of course therapy is also very helpful, I would definitely recommend trying to meet with someone who is specifically trained on working with those who have DID
