Hi! My name is Aaron, I am the Core of a DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) system and wanted to talk to others and talk to others who may be having troubles with coping as a system (even though I've been diagnosed for more than 2 years) and maybe learn coping skills. Idk why, but as an adult who has to work a fully functioning job, it's hard when me or someone else gets panicked and switches. It just takes off potential hours if the person who fronted freaks out, or it could lead to millions of other things it's just so frustrating. Any thoughts?

I can’t say i understand but I’m so sorry you’re having to go through that. If you ever need any advice on Aspergers i can help with that. I don’t know anyone personally who has DID so i can’t help you much but i truly hope you get really good advice or the help you need to make working a fully functioning job easier
